Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

We will deliver your order anywhere within the Contiguous Continental USA as long as you provide us with a valid residential or commercial address. Unfortunately we cannot make deliveries to PO boxes.

We will processed you order within 2 business days. If we run into any problems or delays, we will notify you ASAP. We will only bill you after successfully processing your order.

If your ordered items are unexpectedly out of stock, we will get in touch with you and offer you the options to cancel your order and receive a refund OR carry on with your order and wait for the items to be restocked before shipping.

Your order will be fully trackable immediately after you complete payment. You can monitor your order directly on our website under My Account, and through the regular email updates we provide. You can also opt in to receive SMS updates about your order. Additionally, you can email us or calling 1-888-507-7009 and any time to request an update.

Please make sure to be present at the time of your delivery to receive large items sent as freight. Our delivery teams cannot drop off large items if nobody is home. You don’t have to be home to receive small items sent as parcels.

Large items purchased with Free Shipping will be sent as economy freight, and delivered curbside at your residence. Small items purchased with Free Shipping will be sent as ground parcels. Most items shipped with Free Shipping will arrive in 5 to 10 business days (2 days processing time + 3 to 8 days shipping).

You can purchase most large items with In-Home Delivery as a shipping option. Items purchased with In-Home Delivery will be sent as economy freight and brought inside your home when they arrive. Most items shipped with In-Home Delivery will arrive in 5 to 10 business days (2 days processing time + 3 to 8 days shipping).

You can purchase some small items with 3 Day Rush as a shipping option. Items purchased with 3 Day Rush will be processed ahead of all non-rush orders, and will arrive in 1 to 5 business days (up to 2 days processing time + guaranteed 3 day shipping).

YOU MUST AGREE WITH AND ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THIS SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY PRIOR TO BECOMING A LOUNGE DECOR PLUS CUSTOMER. THE PLAIN LANGUAGE SUMMARY PROVIDED ABOVE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE OUR FULL SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY, AND IS PROVIDED SOLELY FOR OUR CUSTOMERS’ CONVENIENCE. SECTION 1 – ADDRESS RESTRICTIONS

Lounge Decor Plus will ship orders anywhere within the Contiguous Continental United States, which includes the lower 48 states plus District of Columbia. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Commonwealth Territories, US Incorporated and Unincorporated Territories, Associated States, or overseas Armed Forces bases. All Shipping Addresses must correspond to a physical residential or commercial location. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

SECTION 2 - ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed through the Lounge Decor Plus website will be processed within two (2) business days of the order submission date. We always strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, and will make every effort to ship in-stock items on the same day as the order submission date.

Standard non-custom orders are considered processed as soon as all ordered items are confirmed in stock with the holding warehouse and shipping arrangements are initialized. Custom orders are considered processed as soon as all ordered custom work gets officially authorized with the manufacturer by Lounge Decor Plus.

In the rare event that a standard non-custom item is incorrectly listed as “in stock” on the Lounge Decor Plus website, but is unavailable for immediate shipment at the warehouse, the customer will be notified by Lounge Decor Plus via phone or email within two (2) business day of the order submission date, and offered the options to either:

  1. Proceed with longer than anticipated fulfillment time; or
  2. Cancel their order and receive a full refund.

All custom order items will begin production within two (2) business days of the order submission date, but will require a longer lead time prior to shipping. Typically a two (2) to three (3) week lead time is required to complete most custom orders prior to the item(s) being shipped.

If more than two (2) business days are required to process exceptionally large or complicated orders, the customer will be notified by Lounge Decor Plus via phone or email within two (2) business days of the order submission date, and provided with an estimate of when the order will be fully processed.

SECTION 3 – PAYMENT CAPTURE

All credit and debit card payments made to Lounge Decor Plus are captured manually following successful order processing. During the order processing period prior to payment capture, all credit and debit funds are held as an Authorized Payment only, and are available to be immediately refunded to the customer’s original method of payment upon the customer’s request to cancel their order. All cryptocurrency payments made to Lounge Decor Plus are captured automatically. During the order processing period, all cryptocurrency funds are held in the native cryptocurrency, and are available to be immediately refunded to the original payer wallet address upon the customer’s request to cancel their order. SECTION 4 – ORDER TRACKING

Customers are able to track their order online at any time by logging in to the My Account section of the Lounge Decor Plus website. Accounts can be created at any time, including after order placement, and will reflect all orders associated with the same email address as the Lounge Decor Plus account. Internal order processing updates will be available under My Account, in addition to shipment tracking information. A tracking number and a link to the website of the carrier delivery your package will be provided under My Account, affording our customers the opportunity to track their orders throughout the delivery process. Other features offered by Lounge Decor Plus accounts include order history, pre-filled shipping and billing information, payment history and customized shopping. Please see out Privacy Policy and Secure Shopping guarantee for information on how we protect, handle and use our customers’ personal information.

In addition to the Lounge Decor Plus website, tracking information will be provided to the customer via email as soon as the order ships, specifying the carrier delivering the package, and the tracking number associate with the delivery. All deliveries will the trackable through the specified carrier’s website. Key updates, such as refund confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery status notifications will also be sent to the customer’s specified email address.

In addition to email notifications, customers can opt in to receive SMS updates to a mobile number of their choice. This feature is completely optional, and will be offered to all customers upon checkout, after order payment is completed.

In addition to the order and shipment tracking information provided through the above-described channels, customers can request status updates at any time by emailing us or calling 1-888-507-7009 during regular business hours.

SECTION 5 – FULFILLMENT STANDARDS

Due to the distributed nature of the Lounge Decor Plus fulfillment network, individual order items may be shipped separately, from different warehouse locations, at different times, and may require multiple tracking numbers to monitor all items shipped as part of single order. To ensure the fastest, most efficient order fulfillment possible, Lounge Decor Plus reserves the right to ship all order components individually, which may result in varying delivery dates for individual order components. Customers will not be advised in advance if their items are being shipped as a single shipment, or in a series of separate shipments. All appropriate tacking information will be provided to the customer via email to ensure that the entire order can be fully tracked.

In the rare event that only partial fulfillment is possible due to one or more order components being unavailable for immediate shipment, the customer will be notified by Lounge Decor Plus via phone or email within two (2) business day of the order submission date, and offered the options to either:

  1. Proceed with longer than anticipated fulfillment time; or
  2. Cancel the unavailable items in their order, receive a partial refund (totaling the full value and shipping charges of the items being cancelled), and proceeding with fulfillment of all remaining order components; or
  3. Cancel the entire order and receive a full refund.

SECTION 6 – DELIVERY OPTIONS

Tracking information for all order will be emailed to the customer as soon as the order ships. Tracking details will specify the carrier delivering your package, delivery type (standard ground shipping, freight, in-home delivery, etc.) and the estimated delivery timeframe. All shipments will be trackable via the specified carrier website.

Free Shipping

All items sold on the Lounge Decor Plus website are availed to be purchased with Free Shipping as a delivery option. Free Shipping is included in the item price; no additional charges will be applied to your order. Small items purchased with Free Shipping will be shipped as parcels with a courier service of our choice via standard group shipping. Large items purchase with Free Shipping will be shipped with a freight carrier of our choice via economy Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight shipping.

Small packages shipped via ground shipping will be trackable though the carrier’s website. An estimated delivery time will be specified, affording out customers the opportunity to be home to receive their package. If the customer is unable to receive their package at the time of delivery, carriers may be able to leave small packages at the front door if they deem it safe. If the carrier does not leave your package at the front door, your package will be available for pickup the following business day at a carrier location specified on your delivery slip. Small parcels shipped with Free Shipping will typically arrive in three (3) to eight (8) business day from the shipment date, but may be subject to delays depending on the destination of the package, carrier availability, weather conditions, and other factors which affect transit time.

Large packages shipped via economy LTL freight will be delivered to the customer’s location as a ground level curbside delivery. Free Shipping does not include the transportation of delivered items from the curb inside the customer’s home. Large items shipped with Free Shipping will typically arrive in three (3) to eight (8) business day from the shipment date, but may be subject to delays depending on the destination of the package, carrier availability, weather conditions, and other factors which may affect transit time.

All LTL shipments will be trackable through the carrier website. An estimated delivery window will be specified, affording out customers the opportunity to be home to receive their package. All freight shipments must be received by the customer at the time of delivery. In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to the wrong address/contact information provided by the customer, or customer being away from residence/unable to accept delivery at the agreed-upon time, your order will be held in storage by the carrier for five (5) business days. Customers will have five (5) business days to respond to the carrier or contact Lounge Decor Plus to reschedule delivery. Additional fees may apply for rescheduled deliveries. If the customer does not reschedule delivery within five (5) business days, the order will be returned and refunded in accordance with our Standard Return Policy. Please make sure to inspect your order fully at the time of delivery before accepting the package(s) and signing the delivery slip. Please note, large items shipped with Free Shipping do not include in-home delivery or setup as part of the service.

In-Home Delivery

Most large items sold on the Lounge Decor Plus website will have In-Home Delivery available as a delivery option. Additional charges for In-Home Delivery will apply. Charges for In-Home Delivery vary based on shipment weight, and will be specified during the checkout process prior to payment.

Large items purchase with In-Home Delivery will be shipped with a freight carrier of our choice via economy LTL freight shipping, with the stipulation that all items must be brought into the customer’s home. In-Home delivery includes the transportation of all items from the delivery vehicle inside the main home entrance. In-Home Delivery does not include room of choice transportation, unpacking, assembly, setup or packaging removal. Large items shipped with In-Home Delivery will typically arrive in three (3) to eight (8) business day from the shipment date, but may be subject to delays depending on the destination of the package, carrier availability, weather conditions, and other factors which may affect transit time.

All LTL shipments will be trackable through the carrier website. An estimated delivery window will be specified, affording out customers the opportunity to be home to receive their package. All freight shipments must be received by the customer at the time of delivery. In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to the wrong address/contact information provided by the customer, or customer being away from residence/unable to accept delivery at the agreed-upon time, your order will be held in storage by the carrier for five (5) business days. 3 Day Rush

Some small items sold on the Lounge Decor Plus website may have 3 Day Rush available as a delivery option. Additional charges for 3 Day Rush delivery will apply. A fixed fee for the rush service will be specified during the checkout process prior to payment.

Small items purchased with 3 Day Rush will be shipped as parcels with a courier service of our choice via guaranteed 3 day ground shipping. Small parcels shipped with 3 Day Rush will arrive by the end of third (3rd) business day from the shipment date, but may be subject to delays caused by extreme, unforeseeable circumstances. 3 Day Rush orders are processed internally ahead of all non-rush orders to ensure the fastest delivery time possible.

All parcel shipments will be trackable though the carrier website. An estimated delivery time will be specified, affording out customers the opportunity to be home to receive their package. If the customer is unable to receive their package at the time of delivery, carriers may be able to leave small packages at the front door if they deem it safe. If the carrier does not leave your package at the front door, your package will be available for pickup the following business day at a carrier location specified on your delivery slip.
