You can pay for your order with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay. We also accept cryptocurrency payments in Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin though Coinbase Commerce. You are welcome to use any of these payment methods, whatever is most convenient for you :)

We’re always working to expand our payment options, and would love to hear your suggestions on what we should add next. Tell us what you think.

In most cases you will receive your order in 5 to 10 business days from the time you complete your purchase. Custom order items will take longer to arrive because they must first be constructed to your specifications before shipping.

It will take us up to 2 business days to process your order. Shipping will typically take an additional 3 to 8 business days depending on your location.

Some small items sold on our website will have 3 Day Rush available as a shipping option. To get your order as soon as possible please purchase 3 Day Rush shipping when checking out. We will process your order head of all non-rush orders, and deliver it in 1 to 5 business days (up to 2 days processing time + guaranteed 3 day shipping).

Unfortunately we cannot offer rush delivery for our larger product or custom orders at this time.

Absolutely! Most of our large items can be purchased with In-Home Delivery as a shipping option. If you want your large items brought into your home when they arrive, please purchase In-Home Delivery when you check out, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Yes! All of your orders are 100% trackable, from the warehouse all the way to your front door. We will email you a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website as soon as your order ships, allowing you to track your order every step of the way.

You can also create an account with our website, before or after you complete your purchase, to monitor all your orders from start to finish.

Yes! You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. Some exceptions apply. All items will have their return eligibility clearly marked on the individual product page under “Specifications”, “Return Eligibility”, letting you know if there are any exceptions affecting your order.

If we don’t deliver the items you ordered in perfect condition, we will replace your order free of charge OR refund all of your money. Please contact us within 48 hours if there is anything wrong with your order, and we’ll make it right.

You will be billed as soon as your order gets processed and your items are prepped for shipping, or when custom work begins. We process all orders in 2 business days or faster.

We consider your order processed when we confirm your items in stock at the warehouse and secure shipping arrangements, or when we authorize custom work with the manufacturer.

Absolutely! You will automatically receive an order confirmation email from us as soon as you check out from our store. Please make sure that you provide us with a valid email address that you are able to access.

You can also create an account with our website, before or after you complete your purchase, to review all your orders and track them from start to finish.

Yes! Orders can be changed or canceled before they ship, or before custom work begins. Call us right away at 1-888-507-7009 and let us know what you want to do. You can also email us your request; however, calling is always faster, and cancellations are very time sensitive. If it’s too late to cancel your order you can still return most items within 30 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer full refunds for products delivered to customers in good condition, without defects, and in accordance with their order. If you change your mind and return your purchase after delivery, outgoing shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund.

If you successfully canceled your order before it shipped, or before custom work began, you’ll get your money back right away (we simply cancel your payment authorization).

If you returned your purchase, and your refund request was approved, you’ll get your money back in 10 business days.

Please note, we can only issue refunds to your original method of payment.

Not at all. We use Coinbase Commerce as a trusted payment gateway, similar to PayPal, but you can send us your Bitcoin from anywhere! The same is true for Ethereum and Litecoin payments.

If you wish to pay for your order with cryptocurrency, simply select Coinbase Commerce as your desired payment method during checkout and click Complete Order.

You will be redirected to a Coinbase Commerce payment page and prompted to select your desired currency.

After specifying your desired payment currency, you will be given a unique payment address and a corresponding payment amount. Please send the specified cryptocurrency amount to the specified address within 60 minutes to complete your purchase. You are 100% free to use any platform you like to send us your payment.

Once your payment is confirmed by Coinbase Commerce, you will be redirected back to our store’s Thank You page and provided with your order confirmation details.
